I had an excellent stay in this hotel in Kaprun. The location is fantastic, being very close to the center of Kaprun but in a quiet area. It is also conveniently located near the lake in Zell Am See. The staff provided great service and were very attentive to detail. The rooms were comfortable, with private bathrooms and all the necessary equipment. The breakfast offered was satisfying and had a good variety of options.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Apartmenthaus Gotthardt. The apartment was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, making it easy to cook meals. The location was perfect, with the Kitzsteinhorn just a short walk away. Plus, the included Kaprun/Zell Card gave me access to free mountain and lake excursions - a fantastic perk! I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Kaprun.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel's location was perfect, being near the center of town and a very short walk to the lake. Our room was clean and spacious with excellent facilities. We enjoyed daily cleaning and towel changing, and the staff were always smiling and polite.

The Wi-Fi signal strength was poor, which made using the internet a frustrating experience.

The rooms are well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, with extra toilets and all the necessary amenities provided. Breakfast at this hotel is a fantastic start to the day, offering a delicious selection of food.

The only minor improvement that could be made is in some areas of the flats where the seating arrangements could be better.

The mountain views from our balcony were just breathtaking! We were also pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. It was a great bonus to have a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook our own meals. the location was perfect as it was just a short walk away from the main town, where we found plenty of shops and restaurants.

We visited during the off-season, and the town seemed quieter than expected. Most of the attractions and restaurants were closed, which was a bit disappointing.

Amazing views of the surrounding area from the balcony, very clean and spacious rooms, and the summer card saved us a lot of money on mountain and lake excursions. The free ride up the gondola and the free boat ride on the lake were really cool. The location was also great, close to public transportation and the city center.

The Wi-Fi signal strength was poor and the connection was slow which was a bit of a disappointment. there was only one bathroom for a group of six people which caused some inconvenience.

The location of this hotel was ideal for me, as it was within walking distance to the center and transportation to the slopes was readily available. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Additionally, parking was available and convenient.
